WHERE CAN I USE THIS CARD?
The MoCaFi Immediate Response Card is loaded with funds provided by New York City to purchase food and baby supplies during your hotel stay. The Card is a Mastercard prepaid debit card paired with a unique PIN number. This card can ONLY be used at supermarkets, grocery stores, convenience stores, and bodegas that accept Mastercard and are within two merchant category codes listed below.*
It will not work at any other type of business (i.e., retail/clothing/toy stores, restaurants, etc.). It cannot be used to withdraw cash.
Supermarkets & Groceries*
A supermarket or grocery store is a larger store that sells fresh, uncooked food such as fruit,
vegetables, and meat, as well as prepared food.
Convenience Stores & Bodegas*
A convenience store, also known as a bodega, is a small corner store or market that sells groceries. In New York City, you’ll see many bodegas, which are small shops where people buy groceries and small items. Here are examples of what bodegas look like:

*Card is restricted to Supermarkets and Grocery Stores (Merchant Category Code – 5411) and Convenience Stores and Bodegas (Merchant Category Code – 5499)
YOUR PIN WAS THE 4-DIGIT NUMBER YOU RECEIVED WITH YOUR CARD. YOU MUST ENTER THIS NUMBER WHEN YOU SWIPE OR INSERT YOUR CARD AT CERTAIN STORES.

TIPS FOR PROTECTING YOUR PIN (Personal Identification Number)
1. Never write your PIN down or leave it in the same place as your physical card.
2. Make sure you always cover up the keypad so that no one sees what PIN you enter, and be aware of your surroundings and who may be watching.
3. Never give your debit/credit card PIN to anyone. MoCaFi will never ask for your PIN over the phone.
4. If you think your PIN may have been stolen, call the MoCaFi customer service number at 1-844-571-5978 and you can set a new PIN.

HOW DO I CHECK MY CARD BALANCE?
You can check the balance of your card by calling 1-844-571-5978.
You can also download the MoCaFi app from the Apple or Google Play Store to check your balance on the app.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY CARD IS DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN?
If your card has been lost, stolen, or damaged, call us immediately at 1-844-571-5978. We will work with you to ensure you receive a replacement card.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE CARDHOLDER’S CONTRACT?
Your Cardholder Agreement contains the program-specific terms, conditions, and rules associated with your Card.. You can also read the Contract from within the MoCaFi App. To do this, select “Profile” and “Legal.” Then tap to view the Cardmember Agreement. Please review your Contract for program restrictions. Sunrise Banks N.A. provides banking services for MoCaFi’s Mastercard Incentive and Immediate Response Card, including this card.
